What is DISA feature and how it works?

    DISA

    DISA stands for Direct Inward System Access. DISA allows outside callers to call into the PBX and obtain an internal dial tone. The user can then dial out from the PBX as if the call were coming from an internal extension.
        1. Go to Call Feature and click on DISA then click on Add.
         2. Now add Name, Password, Response Timeout, Digit Timeout, Give Routing Permission to any extension then Save & Apply.  
       3. Now it will work on outbound Call.
