How to configure Call Hold Feature?
Call Hold Configuration
1.You can set voice prompt
too
2. To set voice prompt Go to
Advanced Feature
3.Go to custom Prompts and
import a wave file
4.Now go to Music On Hold
and Add file
6.First Call will be on Hold
7.Hold music will be
play Path: Advanced Feature >> Voice Prompts >> Custom Prompts
>> Import
Path: Advanced Feature >> Voice Prompts >> Add >> Save
& Apply
