How to configure IVR?
IVR Configuration
1. Upload IVR file. It must
be in “wave” format.

Go to Advanced Feature and
click on Voice Prompts then click on Custom Prompts

Now import the IVR file.
2. To set the IVR

Go to Call Feature, click
on IVR and Add IVR Number and Save & Apply.
·
In IVR section set Keypress
to extension, IVR, Queue, Paging, Conference or Playback.
3. After that Set IVR in Inbound route.
