How to configure Queues and Ring Group and in N-Series SIP PBX?
Queues and Ring Group
1. Queue

Go to Call Feature and
click on Queue then click on Add
·
Now Add Queue number,
Strategy, select members and Save & Apply
·
Now go to inbound route and
set the destination as Queue.
2.Ring Group
·
Go to Call Feature and
click on Ring Group then click on Add
·
Now Add Ring Group number,
Strategy, select members and Save & Apply
Now it will work on Inbound Call.
